TENDER DESCRIPTION

Against the background of the legal entitlement to a compulsory full-day primary school from the year 2026, the Municipality of Altdorf plans to develop the primary school in Altdorf into an open all-day school. Currently, the school is designed as a single-track school, with an average of 20 students per year group. Currently, it is planned to complete the construction project with its components "Conversion in the Existing Building", "School Extension", "Mensa" and "Gymnasium" in one go, so that full-day operation can be enabled from September 2027. In order not to jeopardize the granted funding, the amount of funding must be used and settled by 31.07.2027 at the latest! Therefore, the construction project is placed under "special urgency," which means that the contractor is responsible for initiating the preliminary planning (including plan delivery) of its services and material orders in a timely manner so that the targeted completion dates of the individual trades can be met.
