TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality of Bad Laer intends to purchase an equipment vehicle GWL2 in accordance with DIN 14 555 Part 22. The contract is awarded in two lots: * Lot 1 - Chassis suitable for the body of an GWL2 in accordance with DIN 14 555 Part 22 * Lot 2 - Fire-service technical body for a GW2 in accordance with DIN 14 555 Part 22 A bidder may submit an offer for both lots or for a single lot. The contract award for each lot shall be made in accordance with Section 58 of the VgV to the most economically advantageous offer. The most economically advantageous offer shall be determined for both Lot 1 and Lot 2 based on a weighting of 65% for price and 35% for the qualitative, technical and functional criteria. The delivery of the chassis must be made no later than December 2028; the body must be completed no later than December 2029.
