TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality of Bissendorf is planning the new construction of a school in the locality of Wissingen. The property of the school or the construction project is located on Niemandsweg in 49143 Bissendorf. With the planning of the planned construction project for a new build, a two-form-entry primary school with all-day provision, a canteen (mensa) and administration will be constructed. The site area for the new school building is north of Mindener Straße, between Niemandsweg and Bahnhofstraße. The church buildings located within the construction site (building area) were demolished in advance of the construction project for the new build, with the exception of the church tower. This remains on the construction site area as an identity-forming element.
