TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality of Bissendorf is planning the construction of a new school in the district of Wissingen. The school site or construction area is located on Niemandsweg in 49143 Bissendorf. The planned construction project foresees the erection of a two-class elementary school with full-day care, cafeteria and administration. The planning area for the new school building is north of Mindener Straße, between Niemandsweg and Bahnhofstraße. The church buildings located on the construction site were demolished in advance of the new construction project with the exception of the church tower. This remains on the site as an identity-forming element. The planned school building consists of three structures or building parts (BP), connected by a common foyer, with the following approximate dimensions (length/width/height): * BP1: L/W/H 26/25/9.40 m, two-storey, * BP2: L/W/H 26/25/9.40 m, two-storey, * BP3: L/W/H 30/23/6.90 m, single-storey (heightened).
