TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality of Bissendorf is planning the new construction of a school in the village of Wissingen. The site of the school or the construction project is located on Niemandsweg in 49143 Bissendorf. The planned new construction project aims to build a two-track primary school with full-day service, cafeteria, and administration. The planning area for the new school building lies north of Mindener Straße, between Niemandsweg and Bahnhofstraße. The church buildings located on the construction site were demolished in advance of the new construction project, with the exception of the church tower. This remains on the construction site as an identity-forming element.
