TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality of Bissendorf is planning the construction of a new school building in the locality of Wissingen. The plot of land for the school/the construction project is located at Niemandsweg in 49143 Bissendorf. With the planning of the planned construction project for the new build, a two-stream primary school with full-day programme, a cafeteria and administration will be erected. The development area for the new school building is north of Minden Street, between Niemandsweg and Bahnhofstraße. The church buildings present within the building site were demolished in advance of the new-build construction project, with the exception of the church tower. This remains on the building site as an identity-forming element. The planned school building consists of three building blocks or components (BC), which are connected by a shared foyer, and have the following approx. dimensions (length/width/height): * BC1: L/W/H 26/25/9.40 m, two-storey, * BC2: L/W/H 26/25/9.40 m, two-storey, * BC3: L/W/H 30/23/6.90 m, single-storey (raised).
