TENDER DESCRIPTION

The building has 2 full storeys with a pitched roof. The building structure measures, excluding eaves and roof overhangs, approximately 43.7 m by 17.1 m, and is approximately 11.65 m high. On the ground floor, the nursery groups are located along the south side of the building with direct views into the garden. Each group has its own sanitary facilities, a small group room, and a sleeping room. Between each group there is a soiled-laundry airlock with cloakroom. On the north side, to the west of the foyer there is the staff core, and to the east the dining room and the kitchen. On the upper floor, the U3 areas are located with group rooms in the south and service and specialist rooms in the north. The group rooms are separated rhythmically by a small-group room and an open cloakroom. A small room for parent meetings is located centrally opposite the main staircase. The first sanitary area, the staff WC, a therapy room, and the inclusion room are located on the north-west side of the play corridor.
