TENDER DESCRIPTION
Planning, construction and operation of a gigabit network in the economic viability gap model for all tendered addresses based on Gigabit Guideline 2.0. The subject of this selection procedure is the award of a service concession for the planning, construction and operation of a gigabit network in the economic viability gap model pursuant to section 3.1 of the Gigabit Guideline 2.0. The objective of this measure is the gigabit coverage of the expansion areas with gigabit-capable broadband connections with data transmission rates of at least 1 Gbit/s symmetrical at peak time conditions for all end users of the tendered addresses in the expansion area, whereby the upload and download rates must be at least doubled. The expansion area is detailed in the "B-specification" and its annexes, in particular the maps of the expansion area (B1, B1.1 to B1.2) and the address lists (B2, B2.1 to B2.2).
