TENDER DESCRIPTION

Planning, construction and operation of a gigabit network in the economic viability gap model for all tendered addresses based on the Gigabit Directive 2.0. The subject of this selection procedure is the award of a service concession for the planning, construction and operation of a gigabit network in the economic viability gap model according to clause 3.1 of the Gigabit Directive 2.0. The objective of this measure is the gigabit coverage of the expansion areas with gigabit-capable broadband connections with data transfer rates of at least 1 Gbit/s symmetrical at peak time conditions for all end users of the tendered addresses in the expansion area, whereby the up- and download rate must at least double. The expansion area results in detail from the "B-performance description" and its annexes, in particular the maps of the expansion area (B1, B1.1 to B1.2) and the address lists (B2, B2.1 to B2.2).
