TENDER DESCRIPTION

Due to demographic changes and existing structural and fire-protection-related deficiencies, the Municipality of Dümmer intends to carry out the conversion and refurbishment of the existing childcare facility “Seepferdchen”. At present, all three storeys of the front building, part of the courtyard-side building and the new connecting link are used by the KITA. Another part of the courtyard-side building is used by the municipality. This use is intended to cease in the future and the building portion will then be assigned to the KITA. The planned childcare facility is designed to care for 55 children. The breakdown of the individual areas is as follows: - 10 crèche children - 45 kindergarten children, of which 3 groups with 15 children each The subject of this invitation to tender is engineering services in accordance with HOAI 2021, Part 4, Section 2 (Technical Equipment Planning), system groups 4-5, service phases 1-4, service phase 5-8 optional (staged contract). The assignment of stage 1 (LPH 1-4) will take place immediately; the assignment of stage 2 (LPH 5-8) will take place after approval of funding. The contractor has no entitlement to the assignment of stage 2.
