TENDER DESCRIPTION

Due to demographic changes and existing deficiencies in construction and fire protection, the municipality of Dümmer intends to convert and refurbish the existing “Seepferdchen” day-care center. Currently, the KITA uses all three floors of the front building, part of the courtyard-side building, and the new connecting section. Another part of the courtyard-side building is used by the municipality. This use is intended to cease in future, and the building portion will then be allocated to the KITA. The planned day-care center is designed to care for 55 children. The composition of the individual areas is as follows: - 10 daycare infants (Krippen) - 45 kindergarten children, of which 3 groups with 15 children each The subject of this invitation to tender is the property planning for buildings in accordance with HOAI 2021 Part 3 Property Planning, Section 1 Buildings and interiors, performance phases 2-8. The commission for Stage 1 (LPH 1-4) will be placed immediately; the commission for Stage 2 (LPH 5-8) will be placed after approval of funding.
