TENDER DESCRIPTION

Due to demographic changes and existing structural and fire protection deficiencies, the municipality of Dümmer intends to convert and refurbish the existing daycare centre “Seepferdchen”. Currently, the KITA uses all three floors of the front building, part of the courtyard-side building and the new connecting structure. Another part of the courtyard-side building is used by the municipality. This use is intended to cease in the future, and the building portion will then be assigned to the KITA. The planned daycare centre is designed to accommodate 55 children. The breakdown of the individual areas is as follows: - 10 nursery children - 45 kindergarten children, including 3 groups of 15 children each The subject of this invitation to tender is engineering services in accordance with HOAI 2021 Part 4, specialist planning, Section 1 Structural engineering, service phases 1 - 4, service phase 5-6 optional (staged contract).
