TENDER DESCRIPTION

The municipality of Dümmer intends, due to demographic changes and existing structural and fire-safety-related deficiencies, to convert and refurbish the existing day-care centre “Seepferdchen”. Currently, all three storeys of the front building, part of the courtyard-side building and the new connecting link are used by the day-care centre (KITA). Another part of the courtyard-side building is used by the municipality. This use is intended to cease in future and the building portion will then be assigned to the KITA. The planned day-care centre is designed to provide care for 55 children. The composition of the individual areas is as follows: - 10 children in the crèche (Krippe) - 45 kindergarten children, of which 3 groups with 15 children each The subject matter of this invitation to tender is building object planning in accordance with HOAI 2021 Part 3 Object Planning, Section 1 Building and interior spaces, performance phases 2-8. The commissioning of level 1 (LPH 1-4) will be carried out immediately; the commissioning of level 2 (LPH 5-8) will be carried out after approval of funding. The contractor has no entitlement to commissioning of level 2.
