TENDER DESCRIPTION

Due to demographic changes and existing defects in construction and fire protection, the Municipality of Dümmer intends to carry out the conversion and refurbishment of the existing “Seepferdchen” child day-care center. Currently, all three floors of the main building, part of the courtyard-side building, and the new connecting section are used by the KITA. Another part of the courtyard-side building is used by the municipality. This use is intended to be discontinued in the future, and the building share will then be assigned to the KITA. The planned child day-care center is designed to care for 55 children. The breakdown of the individual areas is as follows: - 10 crèche children - 45 kindergarten children, comprising 3 groups with 15 children each The subject of this tender is engineering services in accordance with HOAI 2021 Part 4, section 1 structural engineering, performance phases 1 - 4; performance phase 5-6 optional (step contract). The assignment of Step 1 (LPH 1-4) will be carried out immediately; the assignment of Step 2 (LPH 5-6) will be carried out after approval of funding. The contractor does not have an entitlement to the assignment of Step 2.
