TENDER DESCRIPTION

As a result of demographic changes and existing structural and fire protection-related deficiencies, the municipality of Dümmer intends to convert and refurbish the existing day-care center “Seepferdchen”. Currently, the KITA uses all three storeys of the front building, part of the courtyard-side building and the new connector building. Another part of the courtyard-side building is used by the municipality. This use is intended to cease in future and the building portion will then be allocated to the KITA. The planned day-care center is designed to provide care for 55 children.
