TENDER DESCRIPTION

Due to demographic changes and existing structural and fire-protection-related defects, the municipality of Dümmer intends to convert and renovate the existing daycare center “Seepferdchen”. Currently, the KITA uses all three storeys of the front building, part of the courtyard-side building, and the new connector building. Another part of the courtyard-side building is used by the municipality. This use is intended to cease in future and the building share will then be assigned to the KITA. The planned daycare center is designed to provide care for 55 children. The breakdown of the individual areas is as follows: - 10 crèche (infant) children - 45 kindergarten children, of which 3 groups with 15 children each The subject of this invitation to tender is engineering services in accordance with HOAI 2021 Part 4, section 2, technical building services planning, plant groups 1-3, service phases 1-4, and service phase 5-8 optional (staged contract). The assignment of stage 1 (service phases 1-4) will be carried out immediately; the assignment of stage 2 (service phases 5-8) will be carried out after approval of funding. The contractor has no entitlement to the assignment of stage 2.
