TENDER DESCRIPTION

Due to demographic changes and existing structural and fire protection-related deficiencies, the Municipality of Dümmer intends to convert and refurbish the existing day nursery “Seepferdchen”. Currently, the KITA uses all three storeys of the front building, part of the courtyard-side building, and the new connecting section. Another part of the courtyard-side building is used by the municipality. This use is intended to cease in the future and the building share will then be assigned to the KITA. The planned day nursery is designed to provide care for 55 children. The breakdown of the individual areas is as follows: - 10 children in the crèche (Krippe) - 45 kindergarten children (Kindergartenkinder), of which there are 3 groups with 15 children each The subject of this invitation to tender is building project planning pursuant to HOAI 2021, Part 3, building project planning, Section 1 Building and Interior Spaces, service phases 2-8.
