TENDER DESCRIPTION

Planning, construction and operation of a gigabit network under the economic viability gap model for all tendered addresses based on the Gigabit Directive 2.0. The subject of this selection procedure is the award of a service concession for the planning, construction and operation of a gigabit network under the economic viability gap model pursuant to section 3.1 of the Gigabit Directive 2.0. The aim of this measure is to provide gigabit supply to the expansion areas with gigabit-capable broadband connections with data transmission rates of at least 1 Gbit/s symmetrical under peak load conditions for all end users of the tendered addresses in the expansion area, whereby the upload and download rates must at least double.
