The construction phases related to Lot 26 are as follows: Construction Phase 1: Extension New Building School/After-School Care (20% scope of work) - Factory assembly planning - Installation of exterior doors - Installation of interior doors Construction Phase 2: Assembly Hall/Foyer (80% scope of work) - Factory assembly planning - Installation of post-and-beam facades and window facade - Installation of exterior doors - Installation of interior doors The additional effort for multiple arrivals and departures (also within the individual construction phases) for the window work must be accounted for and will not be compensated separately.
