The construction phases relating to Lot 11 are divided as follows: Construction Phase 1: Extension new-build school/kindergarten (80% of scope of services) - Partition walls and sanitary stud walls/panels - Acoustic wall panels - Suspended ceilings gypsum board - Suspended acoustic ceilings Construction Phase 2: Assembly hall/foyer (80% of scope of services) - Partition walls and sanitary stud walls/panels - Acoustic wall panels - Suspended ceilings gypsum board - Suspended acoustic ceilings The additional effort for the repeated arrivals and departures (including in the individual construction phases) for the work must be factored in and will not be reimbursed separately. The sections will be carried out at different times. Individual deadlines are to be taken from the construction schedule.
