The Municipality of Gebsattel (hereinafter: contracting authority) conducts an open, transparent, economical and non-discriminatory selection procedure, in accordance with the funding-related requirements specified in the above-mentioned directive and framework regulation, for the selection of a network operator that can implement the construction and operation of a gigabit network with a public grant.
