TENDER DESCRIPTION
To select a network operator who can implement the build-out and operation of a gigabit network with public funding, the municipality of Gebsattel (hereinafter: the grantor) carries out an open, transparent, economical and non-discriminatory selection procedure in accordance with the funding-related requirements, pursuant to the directive and framework regulation stated above.
