TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Municipality of Hilter a.T.W. intends to procure a brand-new tower ladder vehicle DLA(K) 23/12 including firefighting technical equipment. The vehicle shall be delivered fully operational, approved, and ready for deployment. The award is divided into two specialist lots: * Lot 1 comprises the chassis and firefighting technical superstructure as an overall system technically coordinated with each other. * Lot 2 comprises the firefighting technical equipment. Tenderers may submit tenders for one lot or for both lots; the contract award will be granted per lot. For technical reasons, the chassis and superstructure are awarded jointly. Essential interfaces relevant to safety and approval exist in particular with auxiliary drive, stabilisation, ladder parking and control, axle loads and centre of gravity position, power supply, braking and driving dynamics, parametrisation, EMC and overall vehicle approval. The technical overall responsibility for the functional and approval-compliant system lies with the contractor for Lot 1.
