TENDER DESCRIPTION

The specialist planning services for HVAC, electrical engineering and building automation are to be awarded as technical integrated planning. The reason is the close technical dependencies, in particular between the PV system, battery storage, energy consumers and building automation. The Jahn and Schelmenbusch halls form a functional and technically interconnected complex of halls, justified by shared technical supply structures as well as the planned joint use of the foyer. The award covers the entire hall complex; however, according to the fee form, the fee is to be documented as being split between the two halls. The planning for the support systems (cost group 460) is currently assigned to the scope of services of object planning and is not part of the specified core services for technical integrated planning. Any adjustment to the scope delimitation remains reserved for the further course of the project. Planning services for technical integrated planning are advertised in accordance with § 55 HOAI.
