TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Municipality of List on Sylt intends to expand two residential streets in the coming years. These are currently paved with asphalt construction; an adequate frost-resistant substructure is not present. The same applies to proper surface drainage as well as street lighting. This concerns the expansion of the street "Westerheide" (residential street with 4 cul-de-sacs, traffic area approx. 13,400 m²) with estimated construction costs of approx. 5,700,000 Euros and the expansion of the street "Süderheidetal" (residential street with 6 cul-de-sacs, traffic area approx. 7,500 m²) with estimated construction costs of approx. 3,200,000 Euros. The awarding of the object planning services will be carried out separately for the two streets, therefore in two lots, for which separate awarding procedures will be conducted on the procurement platform.
