The services will be commissioned in stages, initially covering basic services for planning phases 1-3 according to § 47 HOAI 2021 in conjunction with Annex 13 HOAI 2021, with the commissioning of further services reserved.

The core scope of work for this tender involves object planning services (Objektplanungsleistungen) for phases 1-9 within the scope of traffic facilities as per § 47 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 13 HOAI. The engagement will be phased, with an initial commission for basic services covering planning phases 1-3 according to § 47 HOAI 2021 in conjunction with Annex 13 HOAI 2021. The client reserves the right to request further service stages and action areas, either partially or fully, in separate steps.

Specifically, the project entails the development of two residential streets in the municipality of List auf Sylt: "Westerheide" and "Süderheidetal".

The "Westerheide" street involves a traffic area of approximately 13,400 m² with estimated construction costs of about 5,700,000 EUR. It includes four cul-de-sacs.

The "Süderheidetal" street involves a traffic area of approximately 7,500 m² with estimated construction costs of about 3,200,000 EUR. It includes six cul-de-sacs.

The existing streets are surfaced with asphalt, lack sufficient frost-proof substructure, and have inadequate surface drainage and street lighting. The object planning services for these two streets will be awarded separately in two lots.
