TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority, the Municipality of Magstadt, is currently carrying out a renovation of the Johannes Kepler Comprehensive School in Magstadt. In the already completed construction phase 1 (Phase 1), the secondary level (Building D) was renovated and extended by a two-storey new building with specialist rooms. In this process, Building C1 was also renovated and supplemented by an extension building with a cafeteria on the ground floor and specialist rooms on the upper floor. The current construction phase 2 (Phase 2) includes the renovation of Buildings A, B, and C2, as well as the new connecting building Building F. The planned measures of Phase 2 will be implemented from September 2024 until approximately January 2027. Further details can be found in the tender documents, especially in the specifications.
