TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority, the Municipality of Magstadt, is currently carrying out a renovation of the Johannes Kepler Community School in Magstadt. In the already completed construction phase 1 (Phase 1), the secondary level (Building D) was renovated and expanded by a two-storey new building with subject-specific rooms. In this process, Building C1 was also renovated and supplemented by an extension building with a canteen on the ground floor and subject-specific rooms on the upper floor. The current construction phase 2 (Phase 2) includes the renovation of Buildings A, B, and C2, as well as the connecting new building Construction F. The planned measures for Phase 2 will be implemented from September 2024 until approximately January 2027.
