TENDER DESCRIPTION

Planning, construction and operation of a gigabit network in the economic shortfall model for all tendered addresses on the basis of Gigabit RL 2.0. The subject of this selection procedure is the award of a service concession for the planning, construction and operation of a gigabit network in the economic shortfall model in accordance with Section 3.1 of Gigabit RL 2.0. The objective of this measure is the provision of gigabit service in the expansion areas with broadband connections capable of gigabit transmission with data transmission rates of at least 1 Gbit/s symmetrically under peak-load conditions for all end users of the tendered addresses in the expansion area, with the upload and download rates having to at least double. The expansion area is defined in detail by the “B-Performance description” and its annexes, in particular the maps for the expansion area (B1, B1.1 to B1.2) and the address lists (B2, B2.1 to B2.2).
