The subject matter of this award procedure is therefore the selection of an investor for the plots 1554/1 and 1554/2 in the residential area Gansäcker as part of a concept award procedure. The investor to be selected shall purchase the offered area of a total of 1190.86 m² and develop it in accordance with the details of their concept. In doing so, the investor must in particular observe the specifications of the Nufringen municipality from the zoning plan as well as the bylaws concerning the zoning plan. The investor must also in particular observe the following urban-planning key figures and specifications: - Semi-detached houses must be built on the plot. The concepts submitted by the investors will become a binding component of the purchase contract to be notarized. The following objectives apply: - to create a future-oriented and socially oriented innovative residential development project, - to comply with sustainable and ecological standards. The intended signing of the contract is scheduled for no later than spring 2027. The new buildings must be completed ready for occupancy no later than three years after contract signing.
