The subject matter of the present award procedure is therefore the selection of an investor for the parcels 1645/12; 1645/25; 1645/24; 1645/23 in the residential zone Hinterer Steig Süd as part of a concept award (Konzeptvergabe). The selected investor is to purchase the offered area of a total of 2,625.173 m² and develop it in accordance with the details of its concept. In doing so, the investor must in particular comply with the requirements of the municipality of Nufringen from the zoning plan (Bebauungsplan) and the statute governing the zoning plan. The investor must also, in particular, observe the following urban development parameters and requirements: - Multi-family houses are to be built on the property. The concepts submitted by the investors will become a binding part of the purchase contract to be notarised.
