The subject of the present procurement procedure is therefore the selection of an investor for the plot of land Flurgrundstück 1645/16 in the residential area Hinterer Steig Süd, within the framework of a concept award procedure (concept procurement). The investor to be selected is to purchase the offered total area of 780.99 m² and develop it in accordance with their concept, as specified in more detail. In this respect, the investor must in particular comply with the requirements of the municipality of Nufringen from the development plan (Bebauungsplan) and the statute concerning the development plan. The investor must also in particular observe the following urban development key figures and requirements: - Terraced houses must be built on the plot. The concepts submitted by the investors will become a binding component of the purchase contract to be notarized.
