TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the present award procedure is therefore the selection of an investor for the plot (Flurstück) 1645/16 in the residential area Hinterer Steig Süd within the framework of a concept award (Konzeptvergabe). The investor to be selected shall purchase the proposed area of a total of 780.99 m² and develop it in accordance with his concept, subject to the more detailed provisions. In doing so, the investor must in particular comply with the requirements of the municipality of Nufringen from the zoning plan (Bebauungsplan) as well as the statute on the zoning plan. The investor must furthermore, in particular, observe the following urban planning parameters and requirements: - Terraced houses are to be built on the plot. The concepts submitted by the investors will become a binding part of the purchase contract to be notarised. The following objectives apply: - to create a future-oriented and socially oriented innovative residential development, - to comply with sustainable and ecological standards.
