The application to participate must be submitted by using the template "Application to participate" (C1-T). Applicants must prove the professional capability by demonstrating the minimum standards specified under Section 2.1.2 lit. b) "C-Special Procedural Conditions Participation Competition (Stage 1)" and provide the stated information and formalities required to verify their compliance: c) Indication of at least the required number of references of the applicant company or the company providing suitability from the specified inquiry period concerning the execution of the service part "Operation of a Gigabit Network", which are comparable to the concession to be awarded, for which the template provided by the grantor (C1.2-T) is to be used. Reference is expressly made to the regulations and requirements in "C-Special Procedural Conditions Participation Competition (Stage 1)", particularly with regard to further substantive requirements, such as in the case of permitted applicant/bidder consortia and/or the provision of suitability within the meaning of § 47 VgV).…
