TENDER DESCRIPTION

Planning, construction and operation of a gigabit network in the economic viability gap model for all tendered addresses based on the Gigabit RL 2.0. The subject of this selection procedure is the award of a service concession for the planning, construction and operation of a gigabit network in the economic viability gap model according to section 3.1 of the Gigabit RL 2.0. The aim of this measure is the gigabit provision of the expansion areas with gigabit-capable broadband connections with data transfer rates of at least 1 Gbit/s symmetrical for all end users of the tendered addresses in the expansion area, whereby the up- and download rates must be at least doubled. The expansion area of the lots results in detail from the "B-performance specification" and its annexes, in particular the maps of the expansion area (B1, B1.1 to B1.2) and the address lists (B2, B2.1 to B2.2).
