TENDER DESCRIPTION
Planning, construction and operation of a gigabit network in the economic viability gap model for all tendered addresses based on Gigabit Guideline 2.0. The subject of this selection procedure is the award of a service concession for the planning, construction and operation of a gigabit network in the economic viability gap model according to item 3.1 of Gigabit Guideline 2.0. The objective of this measure is the gigabit provision of the expansion areas with gigabit-capable broadband connections with data transfer rates of at least 1 Gbit/s symmetrical for all end users of the tendered addresses in the expansion area, whereby the upload and download rates must at least double. The expansion area of the lots is detailed in the "B-Specification" and its annexes, in particular the maps of the expansion area (B1, B1.1 to B1.2) and the address lists (B2, B2.1 to B2.2).
