The subject of the contract is general contracting in the design and build formula for the investment task under the name: “Integrated network for innovative transformation and decarbonisation of district heating (UNITED HEAT); Stage II Construction of a solar heating plant”. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and of the investment task has been included in Appendix No 1 to the Request for Tenders entitled “Functional and Utility Programme” and in the Contract Template, which constitutes Appendix No 5 to the Request for Tenders.
