TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this procurement procedure is the general planning for the hazard defence centre. The contractor shall provide the planning services required for the construction project. These include in particular the following services: - Services for building design (service phases 1 to 9 pursuant to Appendix 10 to HOAI) on the basis of the design planning provided in parts by the contracting authority; - Structural engineering planning services (service phases 1 to 6 pursuant to Appendix 14 to HOAI); - Building services engineering planning services (technical building equipment system groups 1 to 8, service phases 1 to 9 pursuant to Appendix 15 to HOAI); - Planning services for building physics, service phases 1 to 7, as well as special services for thermal protection and energy reporting, building acoustics and room acoustics in accordance with § 3 HOAI 2021; - Fire protection services, service phases 1 to 7, as well as special services pursuant to BauPrüfVO; - Services for engineering structures design (drainage systems in the external facilities and open spaces), service phases 1 to 8 pursuant to Appendix 13 to HOAI); - Services for transport infrastructure design…
