TENDER DESCRIPTION

The scope of services for the general planner services comprises the following service areas: • Building and interior planning in accordance with § 34 HOAI • Technical equipment in accordance with § 56 HOAI • Landscaping in accordance with § 40 HOAI In each case, the basic services under HOAI, as well as special services that are required by BGZ beyond the basic services under HOAI. • Fire protection planning in accordance with AHO, Issue 17 For determining the preliminary remuneration and preparing the offer, the eligible costs (net) according to DIN 276 were estimated as follows:  KG 200 (site preparation / development): 217,500 EUR  KG 300 (building structures - building construction): 275,000 EUR  KG 400 (building structures - technical systems): 717,500 EUR  KG 500 (external facilities): 680,000 EUR  BGF: 890 m² The final determination of the fee is made on the basis of the cost estimates to be prepared by the planner in LPh 3 HOAI in accordance with DIN 276 in its current version.
