TENDER DESCRIPTION

The planning services subject here include general planning services in service phases 1 to 4 as well as modified services in service phases 5, 6, 7 and 8. The contracting authority intends to call up these services in stages. The general planner services to be awarded include in particular the following services: - Object planning, including lighting planning, barrier-free design, façade planning - Planning of technical building equipment - Structural engineering planning - Building physics (sound, heat, room acoustics) - Fire protection - Planning of outdoor facilities including any additional supplementary services that may be necessary in individual cases. The services to be provided are carried out in line with the service profiles of the HOAI and the AHO. The project is to be carried out with the involvement of a separately commissioned project manager. The contracting authority assumes that the general planner will work closely with the project manager and the other project participants.
