TENDER DESCRIPTION
The planning services covered by this call for competition include general planning services in performance phases 1 to 4 and modified services in performance phases 5, 6, 7 and 8. The contracting authority intends to commission these services in stages. The general planner services to be awarded include, in particular, the following services: - Building design/planning, including lighting design, barrier-free accessibility, facade planning - Planning of building services/technical equipment - Structural engineering - Building physics (sound, thermal, room acoustics) - Fire protection - Outdoor facilities planning, including any other supplementary services that may be necessary on a case-by-case basis. The services to be provided are carried out in accordance with the service profiles of the HOAI and the AHO. The project will be carried out with the involvement of a separately appointed project manager. The contracting authority assumes that the general planner will work closely with the project manager and the other project stakeholders.
