TENDER DESCRIPTION

The incineration line is to be arranged on the site adjacent to the existing facility with a capacity of approximately 200,000 tonnes per year. The new construction will be carried out in parallel with the operation of the existing facility, which will only be decommissioned after the new facility has been commissioned. The technical feasibility has already been checked. For the new construction, the entire project planning is hereby tendered within the framework of a general planner contract. The scope of the planning services is considered to be comprehensive and includes all planning activities necessary to achieve the new construction (e.g. review of studies, preliminary and conceptual design planning, tender planning, support with award, permitting/approval planning, detailed design and execution planning, interface coordination, quality assurance, documentation, site management supervision, construction supervision, commissioning coordination, support for trial operation and performance runs, training, schedule planning and control, acceptance(s) including processing of remaining punch list items).
