TENDER DESCRIPTION

The incineration line is to be arranged on the premises adjacent to the existing facility with a capacity of approximately 200,000 tonnes per year. The new build will be carried out in parallel with the operation of the existing facility, which will only be shut down after commissioning of the new facility has been completed. The technical feasibility has already been checked. For this new construction, the entire project planning is hereby put out to tender within the framework of a general planner contract. The scope of the planning services is considered to be comprehensive and includes all planning activities necessary to achieve the new build (e.g., review of the studies, preliminary and concept design, tendering strategy/tender planning, support with award/procurement, approval/permit planning, detailed design and execution planning, interface coordination, quality assurance, documentation, construction management, construction supervision, commissioning coordination, assistance with test operation and performance runs, training, scheduling and control, acceptance with handling of remaining items).
