TENDER DESCRIPTION

Good day, The City of Kassel intends to expand the Kita Rothenditmold and to convert and renovate the existing premises. The expansion of the Kita and all conversion and renovation measures, including the addition and adaptation of the outdoor facilities, are to be implemented in construction phases up to approximately March 2030. For this project, the contractor is to take over overall planning as the sole party responsible, who receives the essential architect and specialist planner services from the client. All planning services that are commissioned in stages in accordance with HOAI (LPH 1 9) for general planning and the construction implementation of the Kita Rothenditmold commissioned by the client are under the contractor’s professional responsibility.
