TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority plans nationwide maintenance and refurbishment measures for existing residential properties. The subject matter of this procurement procedure is the award of general planning services for residential existing properties and leased properties. The properties affected by the invitation to tender are listed in particular in the list of properties by the respective lots (see Annex C-02b). The scope of services also includes the commercial and special-purpose buildings contained in the lists of properties. The general planning services to be awarded include in particular the following services - Building layout planning - Structural engineering planning - Planning of technical building equipment - Planning of external facilities - Planning and consulting in building physics - Fire protection incl. fire protection concept - Coordination and integration of expert services - Further services in accordance with Annex C-01a and c.
