TENDER DESCRIPTION

The GP brings the existing structures, available planning and current requirements together promptly into an overall planning that is ready for approval, tendering and execution. It prepares a reliable start of construction as well as sensible pre-tendering and construction measures. The GP connects the existing shell/rough construction and the already executed technical equipment in the 2nd basement level (2. UG) with the new HVAC (RLT) concept, the new approval planning, the S2 areas, the building-wide provisions for the separate GMP expansion and the complete laboratory planning. This includes the laboratory planning for KG 470 for laboratory technical systems, bench systems, laboratory furniture and fixed laboratory installations. In addition, project-specific special equipment and equipment planning KG 610/620 for tabletop, large, special and existing equipment, including device-specific lists, media connections, installation/integration and operating and maintenance areas.
