TENDER DESCRIPTION

The GP promptly brings together existing records, existing planning and current requirements to form a complete overall planning that is suitable for approval, tendering and execution. It prepares a reliable start of construction as well as sensible advance tenders and construction measures. The GP connects the existing shell structure and the technical equipment already completed in the 2nd basement level (2. UG) with the new HVAC-RLT concept, the new approval planning, the S2 areas, the building-wide provisions for the separate GMP expansion, and the complete laboratory planning. This includes laboratory planning for KG 470 for laboratory technical systems, bench systems, laboratory furniture and fixed laboratory installations. In addition, the project-specific special equipment and furnishing planning KG 610/620 for table-top, large, special and existing equipment is included, including equipment-specific lists, utility connections, installation/handling (insertion), as well as operation and maintenance areas.
