TENDER DESCRIPTION

The single-storey GAT building, an annex to Tempelhof Airport that was built between 1951 and 1953 as a passenger service building for civil air traffic, is located in the western wing of the airport between stair towers 5 and 6. It lies between the airport land side and the boarding gates on the covered apron, the so-called Transit-Gang, in building A1. The planning area (GFA: 959 sq m) comprises the construction volume of the single-storey GAT extension between stair towers 5 and 6 as well as between the outdoor areas in front of the entrance and the partition wall to the Transit-Gang in building A1. The planning assignment is carried out in stages and includes performance phases 1 to 8 for the basic services of all relevant planning for the services described, in accordance with HOAI at 100%. The following applies: - Performance level 1: LP 1-2 - Performance level 2: LP 3-4 - Performance level 3: LP 5-7 - Performance level 4: LP 8 The contractor has no claim to have performance levels 2 to 4 called off.
