TENDER DESCRIPTION

The one-storey GAT building, an extension of Tempelhof Airport built between 1951 and 1953 as a handling building for civil air traffic, is located in the western wing of the airport between staircase towers 5 and 6. It lies between the airport’s land side and the departure gates on the covered apron, the so-called Transit Passage in component A1. The planning scope (GFA: 959 sq m) includes the construction volume of the one-storey GAT extension between staircase towers 5 and 6 and between the outdoor areas in front of the entrance and the building partition wall to the Transit Passage in building A1. The planning assignment is carried out in stages and includes service phases 1 to 8 for the basic services of all relevant planning for the services described, in accordance with HOAI, at 100%. The following applies: - Service level 1: LP 1-2 - Service level 2: LP 3-4 - Service level 3: LP 5-7 - Service level 4: LP 8 The contractor has no entitlement to call up service level 2-4.
