TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the procurement project is the award of a general planner contract with phased commissioning for the expansion of the forensic psychiatry at the location of the District Hospital (BKH) Lohr am Main. The planning services include the following service scopes: - Object planning according to § 34 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10 - Outdoor facilities including security measures (high-security fence) according to § 39 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 11 - Structural planning according to § 51 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 14 - Technical specialist planning according to § 55 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 15 for the equipment groups electrical engineering (ELT) including security technology, heating, ventilation/sanitary technology (HLS) and building control technology (GLT) - Fire protection The services are called up in stages: - Service stage 1 (commissioned with award): Service phases 1–3 (basic evaluation, preliminary planning, design planning) The commissioning of stages 2 to 4 is subject to securing the financing. - Service stage 2: Service phases 4–5 (approval planning, execution planning) - Service stage 3: Service phases 6–7 (preparation of award,…
